Shipping policy

Crystalmood is located in Nebraska, U.S., and we ship from the U.S.

We do not ship to PO boxes. If it is the only address that USPS can deliver to, please put it on the second row, and use the real street address on the first row.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us (login required).

No-Shipping Locations

We ship to most locations though we reserve the rights not to ship to certain addresses. The "no-shipping locations" can be certain street addresses, zip codes, cities, states/provinces, or countries/regions. The reasons for being listed in "no-shipping locations" include but not limited to the following:

• Carriers that we use do not ship to such location;
• Shipment to the location showed a higher percentage of lost/damaged shipment or content;
• The location has been used as address in credit card fraud;
• Shipment to the location has been reported missing or stolen even though the online tracking indicated successful delivery;
• Shipment to the location will not lead to a satisfying transaction for both customer and Crystalmood.

The list is for internal use only and will not be made public. If an order is placed and the shipping address is on the list, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

Domestic Shipping

We currently do not ship to international addresses. For domestic addresses, we ship within 2 business days when the payment is cleared. We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery time can be found on USPS website. Some orders may require a signature on delivery. Please see our return policy page for information about "Unclaimed returns".

We provide flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all domestic orders, addition to other USPS shipping options. If you choose a flat rate, your order will be shipped via First Class Parcel or Parcel Post. Plus, domestic retail orders of $50 or more receive free US shipping. (If return occurs and the order total becomes less than $50, standard shipping of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund.)

Actual shipping charges apply to all wholesale and bulk orders. If free shipping method was selected, wholesale or bulk order will not be shipped until the actual shipping is paid.

To estimate shipping cost, simply add an item to the shopping cart, all available shipping options and cost will display. You can choose your preferred method when you check out.
