Ordering
When ordering from crystalmood.com, the customer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Tax
All retail and bulk orders shipped to Nebraska will be charged 7% sales tax. No sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to other states or outside of the United States. Wholesale orders shipped to Nebraska will not be charged sales tax if you have submitted a copy of your seller's permit.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Such taxes, duties or fees cannot and will not be estimated at crystalmood.com. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Crystalmood has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact the local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

CrystalMood strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Web site. Due to human error and other determinates, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete, or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical, or other error, CrystalMood shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
Due to variations of computer monitors and settings, CrystalMood cannot guarantee that the colors viewed on the screen will be the exact colors of the items you will receive.
Shipping and Returns
CrystalMood reserves the right to add, delete or modify the list of areas where we do not ship to.CrystalMood may also cancel orders from certain addresses at any time without notice. The shipping fee will be deducted from the return refund. Promotional discount may be deducted from the refund total depending on the rules and conditions of the promotion. You have read and agree to the shipping and return policy posted on CrystalMood's website by placing orders.
Limitation of Liability
PERSONS WHO BUY OR USE ANY PRODUCTS FROM CRYSTALMOOD.COM AGREE TO INDEMNIFY (NOT HOLD RESPONSIBLE) CRYSTALMOOD.COM OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURIES WHICH MAY OCCUR FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CRYSTALMOOD.COM\'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. CRYSTALMOOD.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.
